Reminds me of that Stones tune: "Hey, you, get off of my cloud!"
I like the words choice. "stop HAVING your dog shit in this garden." instead of LETTING. Not to mention the HEY ASSHOLE part. So is the sign addressing the dog's asshole? Or the owner? Very interesting.
Then there is the next one, "Please No dogs-killing flowers." Does that mean they are in the process of killing the flowers and are trying to protect the dogs? Wjew. I would have alot of trouble in Philly. Apparently I don't understand your language....lol
